    What about safety and security?
    • This is a top priority for us and for good reason.
    • We have designed an effective system to protect your investment and attract quality clients. 
    • We conduct background checks for each guest, collect I.D., use a security verification with robust insurance for each reservation and have CCTV at every property.
    What if the owner wants to use their property?

    This is not a problem – you inform us in advance and we make sure the dates are reserved for you. At all other times, the calendar is open for guests to book.

    How long is the minimum contract term?

    We don’t sign owners up to a long term contract that costs them a fee regardless of their monthly earnings. We want to make your property work for you, and for you to be completely satisfied with our services. So we work on a rolling monthly agreement, with a 30 day notice period if you are not happy with our performance. 

    How do I know that my property is being looked after?

    Someone from our team will be inside your property at least weekly – unlike a standard long term rental where it might be inspected 1-4 times a year. Our guests expect top quality accommodation, which includes a weekly housekeeping service and a prompt response to any maintenance issues. We also have doorbell cameras outside every property, so we always know who is staying.

    How will you get my property booked?

    We have strong relationships with corporate booking and relocation agencies, utilise popular online booking platforms, accommodate many local residents while they renovate their homes and target business travellers with long term accommodation requirements. We constantly tweak our pricing and availability to maximise your revenue.
