I highly recommend Tailored Stay. We have stayed at one of their properties on two separate visits to London. We were very pleased both times. Booking and payment is easy. Both apartments were clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. I got prompt responses to any questions and found them very helpful and pleasant.

This was the most comfortable stay I had with my family. We stayed in this flat for 15 days and it was impeccable. The owner Idan is attentive to every detail. The cleaning was perfect every time. They had hotel comfort sheets & pillows. The heating was excellent and self controlled. It was far beyond a good stay and I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone

Perfect experience! Easy booking, easy process for the payment, check-in flexible and the property was gorgeous! Super clean, furnished with a very good taste, we had such a lovely time. I highly recommend Tailored Stay and a particular thank you to Idan for his kindness.

Great experience. Stayed with Tailored Stay for almost two months in Ealing as I looked for a permanent place to stay. Everything was ready to move in, very clean, seamless - and they allowed our dogs! Thank you!

Amazing experience! Super responsive host - made all the difference!! They went above and beyond to stock up groceries for us as we were coming in late. Tailored Stay did everything they could do and some more to make it a great stay.

I can’t express enough how great the hosts and the stay was. We booked this place last minute and in a bit of an emergency and the hosts couldn’t have been more helpful. We had a 5-star experience—from communication, check-in, cleanliness, feeling safe in the surrounding area, check-out—it was amazing.

My daughter and I had a great 10 day stay with all the amenities we needed. The apartment was clean and the pictures online were accurate. The windows were big and allowed plenty of natural light. The hosts were very attentive to the questions I had during my stay and they were very helpful.

Eight week short term rental whilst we conducted building work on our own property. The team was very helpful throughout the whole process, and addressed every issue highlighted to them very quickly. Very convenient location and adequate space for two adults and two children. Would recommend!
Siva, UK
The accommodation was a good place to stay for a long time. It was spacious, so it was good for staying with children. The weekly cleaning service was also nice. Our family made many memories at a good accommodation while in London, and I think we will miss the house from time to time. I am also grateful to the hosts who were kind.
Nari, South Korea
Superb! The property is new and super clean, with all amenities required for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped; the living room was comfortable - smart TV included various streaming services. The bedroom and bathroom were comfortable and new as well. The host was responsive and we had excellent communication with him.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay in London with Tailored Stay. We had a comfortable home away from home to come back to after days of soaking up the best of London. The apartment was conveniently located in Ealing Common, close to tube stations and buses while being in a safe suburban street.
The apartment was contemporary, quiet, light, and spacious; perfect for our family. We had everything we needed and could relax like we were at home. The décor was stylish and relaxing with quality linen and appliances. Nicola, Idan and their team had the apartment set up with all the finer details taken care of for our comfort and convenience. The whole experience from booking to leaving the apartment was seamless. We highly recommend Tailored Stay and look forward to staying again.

As a homeowner, I entrusted my flat to Tailored Stay to manage it for me and rent it out on short and medium lets. Idan and Nicola have both been wonderful, right from the start. True professionals, dedicated, personable and kind. They took excellent care both of the apartment and my needs and preferences. Always available and ready to help, they really went beyond what I expected. I have been so lucky that a friend recommended them, I could not have found anyone better to manage my flat. They also take great care of all the guests and give personalise attention and support at all times. I cannot recommend them enough, whether you are a guest or a homeowner. Thank you Tailored Stay!

We stayed at the Ealing property back in 2022 (me and my furbaby, Dumpling) and the property was perfcet for us in a great location with parks surrounding and close to shops and transport. Nicola and Idan were so great at providing all the assistance we needed and nothing was too much trouble. Really great experience and highly recommended.

We had the pleasure of staying at their properties in both Chelmsford and Shenfield in May and June 2025, and I can honestly say the experience was excellent from start to finish. The communication before and during stay was always clear, prompt, and friendly, making the whole process stress-free.
The accommodations were spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for both short and longer stays. The beds were comfortable, the décor was tasteful, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail—small touches like quality toiletries, good coffee, and clear instructions for appliances made a real difference.
Both locations were convenient, safe, and quiet, while still being close to transport links, shops, and restaurants. It was easy to settle in and feel at home.
Most importantly, the team behind the stays were genuinely helpful and accommodating. They clearly care about their guests’ comfort and go out of their way to ensure everything runs smoothly.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay in Chelmsford, Shenfield, or the surrounding area. I’ll definitely be booking again in the future!

very nice accomodation, room, cleanliness and quiet.
it is so quiet that even walking on wooden floors was considering noise by neighbours and complaint was sent to host.

What can I say other than the flat was amazing better than the pictures. It was modern clean there’s was everything one would need . Had a few issues with the hot water but the host was quick to resolve the issues. The location was excellent close to transport easy access to central London and all local amenities were within walking distance To be honest couldn’t have wanted for a better apartment. Very close to Chalk Farm station as well as Primrose Hill high street, it is just the perfect location. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in central London.

This was the most comfortable stay I had with my family. We stayed in this flat for 15 days and it was impeccable. The owner Idan is very attentive to every detail. The cleaning was perfect every time. They had hotel comfort sheets & pillows. They even provided a mini stool for my 4 yr old son, to reach to the sink when brushing his teeth (this was amazing for me). And they also provided a bed guard. Although it was ground floor, the heating was excellent and self controlled. The dishwasher was a better standard then my flat and washing machine very easy to use. It was far beyond a good stay and I would definetely recommend staying here to anyone.
